Planning a Trip

I am off on Memorial Day, so I think I will take a trip for the long weekend. I don't really know where I am going as of yet, but I have lots of options. I am thinking either Myrtle Beach or Hilton Head for some fun in the sun...or Atlanta or Charlotte for a weekend of shopping. I really don't know what I am in the mood for. But I kind of want to head to Myrtle Beach. I don't know when I will get another chance to go this year...and this is the last season for "The Pavilion", so I really want to go and enjoy it. I love the Movie "Shag, the Movie", so I would love to go see first hand the things in the movie...and maybe even learn to "shag" . Shag is the official dance of South Carolina. I can learn it here in Greenville, just have to find the time to do so. I have asked my sister to go with me, but I don't know if she will, since she is so busy nowadays. So, we will see. I really would hate to go alone.

Things at work are great. I finally had a talk with the guy I was having problems with and I think we've worked them out. Thursday and Friday were great. We had no problems to speak of...and my show on Friday was amazing. I was so proud of it.

This week, I am supposed to get measured at the gym. It's been a month since I hired a trainer. I really hope I see some improvements.

I visited another church last Sunday. Still not really what I am looking for. I didn't go today. I was so tired, all I wanted to do was sleep.

I am having problems with Rooms to Go. I bought my furniture from them...and my sofa has a flaw. So, I asked them to replace it and they told me no. They say they don't care what it looks like. They won't replace it unless it's got a structural problem. So, I would advise that you don't deal with this company when buying furniture. It's not that noticable, but I know it's there...and now I have to live with it.

I know I haven't been updating as much as I used to. I will try to update at least once a week. PLease check in on me from time to time...

Have a good week!

Girl, we need to talk. I'm slightly bummed about something, but talking to you always seem to help, because you help me realize I'm totally blowing it out of proportion. :oD I will try to call you tomorrow, or you call me, too, whichever! Love ya!

P.S. I'm not available to talk tonight because we have all-night prayer. I'm feeling SO much better already (praise God!) but it will still be nice to talk to ya if we both get a chance. :o)
